We hope you Love your Purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely Satisfied with your Purchase(s), You may Return or Exchange your Unworn Product(s) -With Tag(s) attached, if their were any, & Original Product Bag(s), within 21 days of the Purchase Date for a refund of the product.

You may initiate your Return or Exchange by e-mailing us, please include your Invoice Number & the Item(s) you would like to return/exchange to make the process go faster to: jmw-orders

Once you're Request has been Authorized a Return Number will be e-mailed to you.

  • Any Returns & Exchanges must be received within 21 days of the Original Purchase. If Exchanging we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 15 days (we Can't "Hold" a Sale Price if the exchange item is currently on sale at the time it's being placed on hold ) & if we haven't received your return within 15 days of the Return Number sent e-mail date, the held Item(s) will go back in inventory & Return Number will be closed.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping item(s) back to us unless other arrangements have been made/offered.

  • We can not place a "hold" for an Exchange on a NEW (not Officially Released yet) Product(s). You will need to wait & use your Store Credit (Gift Certificate) to purchase the New Item(s) when it's "Officially" Released like every one else.

  • Any & all Product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice & your Retrun Number number, without these 2 items we will Not be able to process your Return or Exchange.

  • Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept.

  • Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in Worn Condition will Not receive Store Credit or Refund.

  • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to Process.

  • If You had made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining Product(s) that were kept.  **Example: The Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be Charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items.

  • If You Purchase an Item(s) at Reg. Price or On Sale & then the item(s) goes on Sale/a Discount applies to it we allow a 3 day window from the date of purchase for a Price adjustment/Store Credit. (this does not apply to items in the Odds 'n Ends Section nor items that get moved into the Fetured Products Section) If the Price difference is more than $10 we will issue you a refund if it's less than $10 you will receive store credit.

  • If  Item(s) Purchased were Clearance Items or any other item(s) marked: "All Sales Final" including items in the Odds 'n Ends Section where the prices are marked extremely low, there are no returns or exchanges on these items.

 Their are No Refunds if your damage claim was misleading - or if youe return does not meets all requirements mentioned on this page.  In cases where a Store credit is issued you have 1 year to use your Store Credit from the date the Credit is Issued to you. The Store Credit is not attached in your name - which means anyone can use it. (if you choose to give it to someone)

  • No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Cards
