Shipping & Returns

Shipping
USPS orders placed after 11:00 pm will be on the next business day orders.
UPS orders placed after 3:00 pm will be on the next business day orders.

Shipping is within 1 to 3 working days, most orders withing 1 business day.

Notifications
Creating Account; if you entered a correct email address you received and email with the subject title
"RETAIL ACCOUNT Welcome to JMW I LLC / Astral Sea / Incense of the World".
If you did not receive an email, you will have to call us to change it to your correct email address.

Placing Order; you should receive an email with the subject title
"Retail Order - Incense4u Confirmation No: xxxxx"

Shipping; 
When a shipping label is created you will receive and email from us stating there is a
"[ORDERS STATUS] Order Update #XXXXXXX" 

UPS and USPS will send you an email with a tracking number once they enter your order into the system.

Damaged Products & Returns

Please check package for damages immediately, damaged claims must be reported withing 3 days.

Product must be in the same condition as it was when shipped to receive a refund on product.
If not satisfied with our product you must make contact with us within 7 days of delivery and if not 
receive within 30 days will be sent back to the customer and no refund will be allowed.
